Fresh off the back of her Eurovision appearance in May 2018, Saara Aalto has released new album ‘Wild Wild Wonderland’. The album features the three tracks that were under consideration for Finland’s 2018 Eurovision bid; ‘Queens’, ‘Domino’ and the song that was selected ‘Monsters’. Saara has been busy promoting the new album, touring it extensively throughout Europe in the past few months. As Eurovision week 2018 approaches, some exciting news has broke about the 1974 winners Abba. The quartet comprised of Benny, Bjorn, Annifrid and Agnetha are to reform and release new music, their first album in 35 years. The band had been taking part in a recent virtual reality tour but only appeared together as holograms. This new music is an ‘unexpected consequence’ of that tour.
Former Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle discussed her plans for her future career in an interview with BBC Radio Ulster Talkback host William Crawley earlier this afternoon. Nadine and Eurovision fans won’t be happy as the singer doesn’t seem to have any ambitions to appear in the Contest any time soon. In fact when asked directly about Eurovision she asked ‘Is it still going?’.
