Over the past four weeks, Sweden has treated us to 28 songs in their national final Melodifestivalen 2019. There have been some upsets with some of the fan favourites not qualifying for the final or the second chance shows and being eliminated from the contest. It all kicks off in Gothenburg on Saturday night! One of the most anticipated selections of the Eurovision season: Sweden’s Melodifestivalen, will get under way in just two days’ time and today the Swedish broadcaster SVT gave us a sneak peak of what we can expect from the first semi final.
