Now that all four heats of Melodifestivalen are over, our attention turns to the Second Chance show which will take place on Saturday 6th March. But which of the Swedish acts would you like to see progress to the live Final the following week. Melodifestivalen 2015 has been highly entertaining so far. From life dolls jpop girl band Dolly Style to the triumphant return of Eric Saade and crazy performance from last week’s winner Jon Henrik Fjallgren, it never disappoints. This week was no different as host Sanna Nielsen took to the stage to give us another wonderfully bizarre performance this week it was En Vogue’s ‘Free Your Mind’ accompanied by Complete Dance Crew, a comedy dance act whose routine was reminiscent of a scene featuring Quicksilver from X-Men’s Days of Future Past.
Tonight saw the third heat of Sweden’s Melodifestivalen. The show kicked off as always with a song and dance number from hosts Sanna Nielsen and Robin Paulsson who this week were accompanied by a hipster with a top knot and guitar and a harmonica lady. The quartet began their performance back stage with what I assume was a parody song, however when they made their way into the studio they were welcomed with silver pom poms and pink feather boas and broke into some Avicii.
The show kicked off proper with first contender Ellen Benedictson
1. This week another three acts were chosen, as the national finals finished up in Serbia, Iceland and Italy crowned the winner of their Sanremo Festival.
2. Serbia have opted for larger than life character Bojana Stamenov who will represent the country with her song ‘Ceo Svet Je Moj’ also known as ‘The Whole World is Mine’ in English. She beat off stiff

Here are my predictions ahead of tonight’s Semi Final One. Please note that the ones I think will qualify for the final on Saturday are not necessarily my favourites. For instance I actually despise the Belgian entry this year but I do think it will qualify. I am also not a huge fan of the Armenian entry but you can not deny its popularity.
