As Eurovision week 2018 approaches, some exciting news has broke about the 1974 winners Abba. The quartet comprised of Benny, Bjorn, Annifrid and Agnetha are to reform and release new music, their first album in 35 years. The band had been taking part in a recent virtual reality tour but only appeared together as holograms. This new music is an ‘unexpected consequence’ of that tour.
There is no doubting that Abba are a cultural phenomenon and ever since appearing at the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest their impact has been remarkable.
