In the early hours of this morning, Australia presented an all star Eurovision extravaganza. Australia Decides pitted ten acts against each other for the opportunity to represent the nation at Eurovision 2020. It also saw guest performances from 2015 Eurovision winner Mans Zelmerlow, Dami Im (Australia’s best result to date) also took to the stage as well as a special guest spot from exiting EBU Supervisor Jon Ola Sand.
Australia Decides will take place on Saturday on Australia’s Gold Coast. Ahead of the results, we rate and rank the contenders. Read on to find out which are our favourites!
The full line up for Australia Decides was revealed a few weeks ago, but only this week has the full plays of all ten songs been made available to the public. The Contest will take place on Australia’s Gold Coast on the 8 February. Listen to the ten songs here.
The Australian broadcaster SBS today announced the remaining four acts for their Eurovision 2020 selection show Australia Decides. The Contest which will take place on Australia’s Gold Coast on the 8 February. The broadcaster had announced six acts that will take part over the past few weeks. Namely- Vanessa Amorosi, Mitch Tambo, Montaigne, Casey Donovan, Didirri and iOTA. And today it was announced that Diana Rouvas, Jack Vidgen, Jaguar Jonze and Jordan Ravi would complete the line up.
This week Australian broadcaster SBS announced that two more acts will join their Eurovision selection show Australia Decides. Joining Vanessa Amorosi and Casey Donovan (who were announced last week) are Mitch Tambo and iOTA.
