The first rounds of the competition are over and we are one step closer to finding out which Eurovision Song is your favourite ever. We have whittled the field down from 32 to just 16 and now it is time for the first of our semi finals. Below are the songs in contention for advancing to the final. Reigning Eurovision champion Conchita Wurst’s Rise Like a Phoenix has topped the poll in our second heat where we want to find out what you think is the best Eurovision Song Ever. The Austrian came out on top with a whopping 88.14% of the vote and will qualify for the first of the semi final rounds to take place next month.
After weeks of live qualifying events as part of their Melodifestivalen selection process , Sweden opted for Sanna Nielsen as their Eurovision entry with song ‘Undo’. But which songs could have been the Swedish representative had she been unsuccessful? Here are our favourites that narrowly missed out:
