For the past few weeks we have been asking for your input to help us select our favourite songs from Eurovision stars that were released in 2019. We have compiled a Top 40 and now it’s time for us to share this with you. Here are the songs numbers 40-31.
The sixth group of Eurovision NI’s Song of 2019 takes place this week. This week’s picks include tracks from Eurovision faves Mahmood, Sunstroke Project, Saara Aalto, Douwe Bob, Nathan Trent and Eric Saade. Check out all sixteen songs below and vote for your five favourites in the poll. The vote will close at midnight on Saturday and results revealed on Sunday.
Today we begin the countdown of our top 40 songs of 2018 from past Eurovision participants. There was a wealth of great songs in 2018, here are our favourites 40-31!
Don’t you just love it when two Eurovision stars team up? Well, last week dutch singer and 2016 Eurovision representative for the Netherlands travelled to the hometown of Country music: Nashville, Tennessee. While there he met up with one half of the Common Linnets and 2014 Eurovision representative Ilse DeLange for her new television show ‘Ilse’s Veranda’.
The Netherlands were one of the first countries to announce their act for Eurovision 2017. Way before Christmas, the Voice of Holland winners and former Junior Eurovision Song Contest competitors O’G3NE were chosen to go to Kiev. Since then it’s been a very long wait for them to reveal their song for the Contest. That wait came to an end today when they revealed the lyric video for ‘Lights and Shadows’ on Dutch TV.

Over the past nine weeks we’ve been taking a look at all the songs released by Eurovision participants throughout this year and have been asking you for your input by voting for your favourites. Earlier this week we revealed the 30 songs that made it into our top 30. The poll closed momentarily at midday today and having collated the results we can reveal which songs gained the fewest votes and finished in the positions 21-30.
