Slavko Kalezic came to international prominence when he performed ‘Space’ at Eurovision 2017 for Montenegro. Rock boy band trio Highway were announced as the pick for Montenegro a few months ago. Earlier today the band revealed their song for this year’s contest. The song’s title is ‘The Real Thing’ and you can watch the song’s video here.
What can we say about Montenegro’s track record at Eurovision? Hmm, it’s not great. Their first five attempts 2007-2013 all failed in progressing to the final. Things have got slightly better recently with Sergej Ćetković finishing 19th with ‘Moj Svijet’ in 2014 and last year, despite looking alike a creepy uncle at a wedding, Knez pulled off the best Montenegrin result ever with ‘Adio’ coming in in 13th place.

It is still very much early days in the 2015 Eurovision season, however we do know some important details. Here are 15 things we know so far!
1. The dates of the semi finals and finals have been confirmed. The first Semi Final will take place on Tuesday 19th May, the second Semi Final on Thursday 21st May with the Grand Final taking place on Saturday 23rd May.
