Many countries host their own national selection shows which take place over a number of weeks and usually there are a number of epic tracks that don’t get the chance to progress to the Eurovision finals. We honour those songs that narrowly missed out from the likes of Melfest, UMK, You Decide, Songvakeppnin, Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, A Dal, Festivali i Kenges, Eesti Laul, Supernova and many more with the category Best Song From Selection Shows at the Eurovision NI Awards 2017.
