In 2019 Australia used a national final to select their act and song for Eurovision. This was the first time the nation chose to do so since they started competing in 2015. The show was called Australia Decides and proved to be a huge success, selecting Kate Miller Heidke’s ‘Zero Gravity’ as its representative. In 2019 Australia will host their first ever Eurovision selection show and it seems they’re pulling out all the stops. Earlier this month broadcaster SBS announced the first four of acts that would take part in their live show in the Gold Coast in February.
