Ranking: Sweden’s Melodifestivalen 2019 Contenders!

Over the past four weeks, Sweden has treated us to 28 songs in their national final Melodifestivalen 2019. Sweden Reveal Snippets of Melfest Semi 4 Songs!


The last of Sweden’s Melodifestivalen semi final shows will take place this weekend in the Sparbanken Lidköping Arena in Lidköping. Seven more acts will compete for the two places in the final and the two places in the second chance show which will take place over the next fortnight. Many countries host their own national selection shows which take place over a number of weeks and usually there are a number of epic tracks that don’t get the chance to progress to the Eurovision finals. Melodifestivalen Announce Battles for Second Chance Show!

Melodifestivalen 2017 Eurovision NIFour weeks into the Swedish selection show and we now know the line up of the second chance show that will take place next week. This round will pit the acts that finished in third and fourth place over the last four weeks in a series of battles, the winner of each will advance to the final round along with the other eight finalists who qualified directly from their respective heats.
