Latvian Eurovision selection show Supernova will return in 2018. The announcement was made earlier this week by national broadcaster LTV. The deadline for submissions passed on Sunday and now the broadcasters want your input for the next stage.
June has been so jam-packed with musical goodness that we have had to split our music round up across two parts. This first part includes new songs from Croatia’s Nina Kraljic, new music from Samra, Aminata, Barei, Ani Lorak and Manel Navarro, as well as three new songs from Armenia’s Iveta Mukuchyan including a duet with fellow Depi Evratesil judge Aram MP3, some rock hits from Cyrpus’ Minus One and Romania’s Voltaj and a new solo song from FreakyFortune’s Nikolas Raptakis. Lithuania confirmed the six acts that would compete in the Eurovizijos Final this Saturday, but a seventh slot was up for grabs through a wildcard public vote. Six of the entries that had competed in the previous Eurovizijos shows were selected by the jury to face the public vote.
