Albania’s FiK58 Songs Revealed!

FiK58, the Albanian Eurovision selection show for 2020 will kick off with two semi finals on 19 and 20 December followed by the Final on 22 December. 20 participants will compete over the three shows over the festive period and today the Albanian broadcaster RTSH gave us a preview of the songs.

Eurovision 2020 Stage Design Revealed!

At lunch time today, the EBU revealed the proposed set design for the stage at next year’s Eurovision Song Contest. Back at the helm is stage designer Florian Wieder. He is the man behind the stages at Eurovision 2011, 2012, 2015 and for the past three years 2017-2019. Continue reading

Eesti Laul 2020 Songs Released

Two weeks ago Estonian national broadcaster ERR announced the 24 acts that will compete in this year’s Eesti Laul, the show that decides the nation’s Eurovision act for 2020. Today they went one further and released all of the competing songs. Check them out!

Israel’s Rising Star 2019/20 Season Kicks Off

The Israeli singing competition Israel’s Rising Star has aired four episodes to date sending 18 acts through to the next round. The show will once again serve as Israel’s process for choosing its singer for Eurovision in 2020. Sandro Nicolas for Cyprus!

Cyprus have become the fourth country to choose their act for Eurovision 2020. Broadcaster CyBC confirmed the rumours today that the Voice of Germany singer Alessandro Rütten aka Sandro will represent them in Rotterdam in May.
