About

My name is Nicky McElhatton and I love all things entertainment. I love music, film, TV (especially drama and reality TV), thetare, live gigs, 90’s pop and am especially passionate about Eurovision.

I have a background in student journalism having written for Queen’s University Belfast’s independent student newspaper the Gown and was even the Music Editor there. At university I also co-hosted a weekly radio show on Queen’s Radio.

I have an undergraduate degree in English and have recently returned to university to study an MA in Arts Management. I have worked in a number of roles as a bar supervisor, an events assistant, a marketing assistant and a fund raising assistant for some of Belfast’s major arts organisations and nightlife hotspots including The MAC, Grand Opera House, Mandela Hall and Audiences NI.
