16 songs made it to the knock out stage of the Eurovision NI World Cup 2020. This week they have been pitted against each other in one on one battles, you have voted and the polls have now closed. It is time to reveal the eight songs that have advanced to the Quarter Final round.

The winning songs were ‘Attention’ by Ulrikke (Norway), ‘All of My Love’ by Destiny (Malta), Lesley Roy’s ‘Story of My Life’ (Ireland), ‘Think About Things’ by Dadi Freyr (Iceland), Eden Alene’s ‘Feker Libi’ (Israel), Diodato’s ‘Fai Rumore’ (Italy), ‘Repondez Moi’ by Gjon’s Tears (Switzerland) and Ben Dolic’s ‘Violent Thing’ (Germany).


Match 1: Norway v Azerbaijan

Ulrikke- ‘Attention’ (73%) v. Efendi- ‘Cleopatra’ (27%)

Match 2: Malta v Armenia

Destiny- ‘All of My Love’ (86%) v. Athena Manoukian- ‘Chains On You’ (14%)

 

Match 3: Ireland v Greece

Lesley Roy- ‘Story of My Life’ (55%) v. Stefania- ‘Superg!rl’ (45%)

Match 4: Lithuania v Iceland

The Roop- ‘On Fire’ (49%) v. Dadi Freyr- ‘Think About Things’ (51%)

Match 5: Israel v. Belarus

Eden Alene- ‘Feker Libi’ (57%) v. VAL- ‘Da Vidna’ (43%)

Match 6: Italy v. Bulgaria

Diodato- ‘Fai Rumore’ (74%) v. Victoria- ‘Tears Getting Sober’ (26%)

Match 7 Switzerland v Russia

Gjon’s Tears- ‘Repondez Moi’ (56%) v. Little Big- ‘Uno’ (44%)

Match 8 Germany v Spain

Ben Dolic- ‘Violent Thing’ (97%) v Blas Canto- ‘Universo’ (3%)

The competition will continue this week with the Quarter Finals. The remaining eight acts will battle it out once again for one of the four spots in the Semi Finals. You can vote for these here.
