Italy Reveal The 24 Acts for Sanremo 2019!

Italian broadcaster RAI moved the new artists portion of the Sanremo festival to December. This competition played out over the last few nights and was won by Mahmood and Einar. They will join the other 22 artists for the Big Artists part of the Sanremo Festival in February. The winner of this segment will be given first refusal to become the Italian Eurovision 2019 representative.

Among the line up are Eurovision fan favourites pop opera boy band Il Volo who represented Italy in the 2015 Contest, coming in third place with song ‘Grande Amore’. The full line up for Sanremo which will take place from 5-9 February is below:
