The Greek broadcaster ERT are keen to achieve a good result at Eurovision 2018 and have wasted no time in kicking off their selection process for the competition in Lisbon next May.
Today it was announced that the broadcaster have approached 13 different big and independent Greek record companies for submissions for their consideration. Among them are FeelGood Records, Final Touch
Heaven Music, Panik Entertainment Group E.P, Poly Music, Satellite Records, EEMusic Production and Spider Music.
Some of these record companies have chosen to reveal some of the artist suggestions that they proposed. This includes: Areti Ketimé, Stereo Soul (who missed out to Demy in 2017), Panayiotis Tsakalakos, Vasiliki Stefanou, Xristina Salti, Dimitris Kiklis, Yiannis Moraitis, Chorostalites and Duo Fina.
The first stage will see a jury of eight industry professionals headed by chairman and conductor Anastasios Symeonidis decide which acts will make it through to the next stage. This announcement is expected on 10th November.
