Eurovision World Cup 2017 Quarter Finals: Results!

Eight acts have been battling it out for a place in the Eurovision World Cup Semi Finals. The polls closed on sunday evening and we can now reveal the results.

The first Semi Final was contested between Portugal and Israel with Israel’s Imri Ziv coming out on top with 54%. He will go on to face Sweden’s Robin Bengtsson who was victorious over France’s Alma with a 71% to 29% result.

The other two matches saw Cyprus’s Hovig (55%) triumph over Austria’s Nathan Trent (45%) and Lucie Jones from United Kingdom defeated Macedonia’s Jana Burceska 64% to 36%. The winners of these two battles will now face off in the second semi final this week.

Cyprus: Hovig- ‘Gravity’ (55%)

Austria: Nathan Trent- ‘Running On Air’ (45%)


Sweden: Robin Bengtsson- ‘I Can’t Go On’ (71%)

France: Alma- ‘Requiem’ (29%)


United Kingdom: Lucie Jones- ‘Never Give Up On You’ (64%)

Macedonia: Jana Burceska- ‘Dance Alone’ (36%)
