Ranking: Malta MESC 2017 Contenders!

MESC Malta Eurovision 2017
Sixteen songs will fight it out on Saturday night to be Malta’s next Eurovision pick when the island nation hosts MESC 2017. Ahead of the contest we take a look at all sixteen songs, giving them a score out of ten and ranking them in order of least favourite to favourite.

Malta’s sixteen Eurovision 2017 contenders seem to fall into a few broad categories: Dull Ballads which includes Franklin Calleja, Rhiannon, Richard Edwards, Janice Mangon and Kevin Borg, Kitschy Folk Songs including Crosswalk, Deborah C and Josef and Raquela Dalli Gonzi and finally Female Floor Fillers including Jade Vella, Maxine Pace, Cherton Caruana and Shauna Vasallo.
