Eurovision Top 100 (2007-2016) Part One

top-100-template-pic-91-100This week I will begin my countdown of my Top 100 Eurovision Songs from the past ten years. Today I will bring you the songs that placed numbers 91-100. Read on to find out if your favourites made the cut and stay tuned for the rest of the Top 100 throughout the week.

The Method

Over the past few days I have watched each of the Eurovision Song Contests from 2007-2016. From each of these shows I picked my ten favourite songs and it is these one hundred songs that are eligible to be considered for the Top 100. Below are songs 91-100. Check back tomorrow for the songs that placed 81-90 and then over the next few days I will unveil the rest of the Top 100.

  1. 100 – One of my faves from 2007, quite underrated.
    99 – Never really liked this one, often skip past it.
    98 – Deserved its high finish I think, not sure about the outfit, but good vocals.
    97 – Was very happy to see this finish so high up in ’08. Good performance, good song.
    96 – Can take or leave it.
    95 – Should’ve finished a bit higher, but maybe a bit too repetitive. I enjoy it though.
    94 – One of the strongest from that year – never been a massive fan, but I don’t mind it.
    93 – Always going to do well, and it did so. Again, never been a massive fan however.
    92 – One of the finest we’ve sent in recent years. Very much deserved the top ten, even if the lyrics are so-so.
    91 – Grown on me over the years. Great performance – Armenia could win if they sent her again.
