Conchita tops our Poll for Best Eurovision Song Ever Semi Final 1

Can Conchita keep the momentum of her Eurovision win going?

Conchita Wurst’s ‘Rise Like a Phoenix’ continues to dominate our polls having come out on top in the first of our semi finals. The song has now qualified for our top ten show down starting in two weeks time. The Austrian singer received a staggering 87.37% of the vote.

Also qualifying for the top ten is Swedisg Eurovision veterans ABBA with ‘Waterloo’ (5.64%), Norway’s Alexander Rybak with ‘Fairytale’ (3.2%), Greece’s Elena Paparizou’s ‘My Number One’ (1.07%) and Dima Bilan from Russia with ‘Believe’ (also with 1.07% of the vote).

Eliminated from the running were Sandie Shaw’s ‘Puppet on a String’, Dana International with ‘Diva’ and Azerbaijan’s Ell and Niki with their ballad ‘Running Scared’.
